Making a Booking

The rates below are for the whole property based on 6 people staying at Les Arbres. Please note that a supplement of £30.00 per person per night will be payable for each additional guest.

Once you have confirmed your dates with us, we will request a non-refundable deposit of 25% via bank transfer, in order to guarantee your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. (Please note, we do not take credit cards or payment using PayPal).

In addition, a refundable payment to cover breakages, accidental damage, etc of £300 must be made with the final balance. We will not deduct anything from this for minor breakages, e.g. glasses or crockery. Subject to everything being in order, this will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.

Our experience has shown that the roads are less congested during the week than during the much busier weekends, although we do accept any changeover day except during the high summer season, where changeover days are Saturdays. Flights are available from several UK airports to Bergerac and Bordeaux.
